Tom Jenkins
Hammond Regional Director

Tom Jenkins has been with GCSS since 1993.

Tom has a B. A. in Secondary Education from LSU and studied graduate classes in Sociology and Social Work. He worked for 28 years in the Juvenile Justice System, serving in various capacities at the state or local level, including probation officer statewide program coordinator, and residential facility administrator.Tom was also an instructor in a work adjustment program for adults with disabilities, and designed a state-wide respite and training program for children with mental disorders.
