Download brochure (PDF format)

program description

The Family Caregiver Support Program assists individuals caring for elderly relatives age 60 and over by providing personal care attendant services, which aids in the performance of necessary daily living activities. It also provides respite care services to relieve caregivers of their responsibilities for brief periods of time. This temporary assistance allows caregivers to engage in personal activities and let go of the stress that can occur when dealing with the many challenges of caring for a loved one. This helps decrease possible feelings of isolation and enables the caregivers to carry on with their commitment.
