Transitional Living
The Transitional Living program focuses on giving young people a chance to exercise leadership, to build skills, to become involved in their communities, and to make a successful transition to self-sufficient living. Any person between the ages of 16-21, who does not have a safe or stable place to live and lives in the area, may be eligible. Services offered include not only financial support and housing assistance, but also interpersonal and life building skills, educational opportunities, assistance in job preparation and attainment, and counseling. |
