Activity Center

The Activity Center is a safe place for GCTFS consumers of the Baton Rouge region to experience new learning opportunities, encourage social interaction and make new friends. The goal of the program is to integrate people with physical, mental and emotional challenges into the community and to interact with others.

The Activity Center also hosts Barrier Breakers, a group composed of GCTFS employees and consumers from the Baton Rouge region. This group organizes activities like field trips and parties for consumers so they can meet and interact with other people and develop their social skills.

The Activity Center is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please call (225) 201-0696 if you have any questions about the Activity Center.
